Karen and Mark love their job – the interaction with the gorgeous furbabies and the owners who love their pets as much as they do!

Mark has been trained in Vet Nursing and spent time working for the RSPCA. Mark and Karen held the position of Caretakers for the Dogwatch Rescue centre in Christchurch and they both compete regularly in Sled Dog Racing.

Karen has been animal mad since early days! She has taught, competed and judged in Dog Obedience, Agility and Sled Dog Racing. She is also a qualified Animal Hydro-therapist and ran her own grooming business for a number of years.
